Hide pauses in a specific layout?

Is it possible to have "pause" entries showing in the song list for some layouts, but not others? The guy who is serving as our "MC" would like to see where he should talk between songs, while changes are being made, and where we can count right off for the next song. Some other band members seem to find that the "pause" entries clutter up their layout, so would prefer not to see them. Any way to do this??

The pauses can't be hidden, but their sizes can be changed by editing the layout, clicking the song list, clicking its options button and changing Pause Name Size.
