App crashing when editing new layout

Very new to this app but I have tried to create a new layout by copying one of the default layouts (Big Lyrics, both portrait and landscape) and editing them to suit my needs. This I have done and saved but when I try to edit them further, the app crashes with an error message that reads, "Unfortunately, Set List Maker has stopped".
Any advice is gratefully received.
