Setting Tempo flash 'on' for every song for a specific period of time

I'm attempting to set the tempo flash to fire every time we switch to another song for 20 seconds or.  I found the 'auto-stop' under the 'settings -->Tempo & Pitch' thanks to the forums, but I can't seem to find the setting to force this when we switch to a new song.  Basically what I want to do is remote control my drummer's IPAD setlist view and have it flash the tempo on his IPAD for about  the 1st 20 or 30 seconds of the song.

Repertoire > Layouts > [layout name] > Edit Details > Song Selection Actions > Play Tempo. Is that what you're looking for?
