Attaching document and user list blank

Since the latest update I'm unable to select the user when attaching documents to songs. Sometimes the document will disappear or won't attach to the song. Anyone else experience this?

iOS version 3.2.1 and Android version 2.2.1 fixed a problem with attaching documents:
