Add New Document Button is missing

When I open the "Documents" page, there is no "Add New Document" button.  All I see is "Batch Import" and "Add New Songs".  I'm brand new to BandHelper.  Please help.

You can only add a document by attaching it to a song (or event, transaction or contact). On the song edit page, you'll see the Add Document button. More details are here:
