Bandhelper and VoiceLive 3 Extreme - Selecting Presets

Is anyone using Bandhelper or SetList Maker to command preset selection on TC-Helicon's VoiceLive 3 or VoiceLive 3 Extreme?

I do have clear confirmation MIDI is flowing between my iPad and the VL3X - I'm routing MIDI note data (using my iPad) to give the vocal processor's NaturalPlay function key/chord info (I'm using headphones, so this is not happening through RoomSense).

When I try to send Program Change messages, the VL3X flashes "Midi" on its display, so it's seeing the data, but it doesn't change presets.

With a little from my friends  at TC Helicon I got the answer, which was hiding in plain sight.

In the Program Changes section of the preset, the bank goes in LSB and the preset goes into Program.
