I just found that I had mistakenly posted this in the Bandhelper area. I will try it here. Is there any way to increase the lyrics window size while entering or editing lyrics? I have a sinking feeling the answer is no.

That's correct, this is not adjustable in Set List Maker. But please see here for some tips:
