Index lyrics to chords by section so chords advance in sync with lyrics

I like the way the app shows a split view with chords and lyrics. It works well when the chord pattern is relatively short. I can advance the lyrics using page commands from my midi foot controller, so it's completely hands free.

However, when the chord pattern is long, this doesn't work out so well.

Is there a way to mark a song's section (verse, chorus, finale, etc.) and have the chords advance in sync with the lyrics, section by section?

No, the Chords field is designed for an amount of content that doesn't require scrolling. Can you post a screen shot showing an example of your content?

Here's an image of a song with a long, somewhat varied chord pattern.

Could you put the chords into the lyrics field for songs when you have that many chords? So you'd have something like:

[verse label]
[verse chords]
[verse lyrics]

[chorus label]
[chorus chords]
[chorus lyrics]

etc?
