Changing color of title on document viewer

I've edited the default overlapping buttons layout to shrink the document viewer a little and add a title field above it. When I click on the gear for this text field, there's no option to change the color. The only options are to show/hide the label and change the alignment.

I also tried adding the artist field and was able to change the color for that.

Why not for title?

Song titles have their own color set at the song level (on the song edit page), so it would be confusing if you could also set the song title color at the layout level.
