Maybe some one can tell me what I didn't click /enter

I made an old band member not active to enter a new 5th member . All works , new guy has his account and he is set up as Active, with added Data editing capabilities , but when I go in to a song area to edit and scroll down I see everyones name but his for Personal lyrics , personal chords ETC. any idea what I dind't do when I set him up?

He would have to turn on his personal sync settings to enable those fields; you can't turn those on for other users.

Thanks, so he has to do on his tablet or is it something I can sign in under his name on desktop and do myself

I recommend having the user change his own settings in the app or website rather than you logging in as him. If you still want to do that, you will need to do it in the website because the app doesn't support logging in and out as different people.
