Issue with a layout

I'm not sure what it's called, but... I'd like to still see the bar at the bottom (the one with the time) when I switch to full document. Is there a way to do that?

Sorry for needing such basic info, but can't quite figure it out.

Showing a full-screen document hides everything else, including the bottom toolbar. If you want to have an almost full screen document, you can use the default Overlapping Buttons or More Buttons layouts:
