AUv3 support

To be honest, I'm not sure that's the case. What I do know is, I use in my AUM setup two apps that use IAA, Bandhelper and IK Sampletank. They are the only two apps I have crashing issues with. The rest of my plugin apps are AUv3 apps. No issues with them. I just saw today the BH app doing a automatic update. Nice adding the helper baloons  .  I will test it more thoroughly and come back to you if I still experience any issues

Inter-App Audio seems to have become unreliable, so I came back to the AUv3 approach. The new app version 2026-09-04 released today includes audio units for each audio output channel, as an alternative to Inter-App Audio. You don't have to turn anything on to use it, just install the update and connect to the audio units from another app. More info is here:
