Is there any way to accomplish this with Hex Code. Would it have to be reset with each song change?

You're asking about changing a setting on your keyboard, right? This would depend on whether the keyboard supports changing that from an incoming MIDI message. You can check the keyboard's user manual or contact its manufacturer to find out if that's possible and what MIDI message it uses.
