When to use this forum, when to submit a help ticket

If you have a question about how to use the app, either where to find a feature or how to use a feature once you've found it, the forum is a good place to ask that. This is also a good place to get advice from other users, especially about particular hardware setups.

If you are experiencing a problem, either with a feature that doesn't seem to work as it should or with a crash, please submit a help ticket instead:

After submitting a help ticket, you can tap Help > Send Troubleshooting Info in the app and enter the assigned ticket ID. This gives me the info I need to start troubleshooting the problem.
