Feature Request: Please keep "Containing the text" field in same place on all pages. It should stay on top.
If you look at from a search box perspective it changes location on every page.
It may also be a good idea to call it "search/containing the text"

It would be cool to have a standard search box in the Nav to quickly find a song/artist for FAST recall.

If you can make it global like UG that would be helpful.

Different kinds of items in the app (songs, set lists, events, etc.) have different properties and therefore different filters that are relevant to them, so it wouldn't be possible to put all the filters in the same positions for all the lists. I typically organize the filters from those that do the broadest filtering to those that do the narrowest filtering, so the text filter is typically last.

First off, what a cool app.

Can we squeeze in a search bar on the top nav for on the fly song selections?

You can click the Quick Add button in the top toolbar and then enter a search term there if you want to search for a song while performing.
