Irig Blueboard Issues

Hi, the Irig Blueboard was working fine until a few weeks ago. It's no longer changing songs, however, there is Midi data coming through on the BH window (in Hex?). It was set for Program change mode.
When I went to try and change the button assignments, as soon as I connect the Irig IO APP, the App crashes.
I'm running IOS 16.6.
Is anyone else having issues with the same version?
