Midi Preset UPDATE Notice

I keep getting a popup window that reads: "Your account uses MIDI presets created with a very old app version. To avoid future problems, please click Help > Utilities > Update Midi Presets at your next convenience."

I close the window clicking the OK and attempt the update in Utilities - After pressing "Continue" the panel closes with no notification  - I press Utilities "Done" not knowing if it has updated or not - until the next time I start the App and get the same popup again.
