I understand your solutions. I guess i was just wanting an ease of use. There's no way to just export a setlist and have all the individual songs be exported as its own file and to be able to export as chordpro. PDF for chord charts isnt standard. Not for ultimate guitar. Ive spent a lot of time converting my charts to chord pro and to make them fucntion and look good. It does feel like they are now locked in bandhelper.

Only solution i can do is opening the edit song on a song in bandhelper- then copy pasting into wherever im wanting to take the song.

You said that Ultimate Guitar doesn't have a batch import function and that you would have to copy and paste individual songs from BandHelper's export to Ultimate Guitar anyway, so copying and pasting from the preview page as I described above seems easier than copying and pasting from separate files generated for each song.

BTW you could also copy and paste from the spreadsheet file exported from the Repertoire > Songs page, but that delimits line breaks with backslash-n and I don't know how Ultimate Guitar would handle that.

Anyway, this isn't about being "locked in" -- I don't care if you copy your chord charts into Ultimate Guitar. This just isn't something I would want to devote more resources to at this point given the existing solutions and the low demand for a different solution.

I am the administrator/owner of one BH account. I have 4 projects "housed" on this account.  I joined another group that began to use BH on my recommendation. We/ve used it for several years, but one of the instrumentalists is moving this group to another app.  I want to export the music on the BH account and transfer it to my BH account. Otherwise I'll have to re-enter all that music into the new app (I don;t want to switch apps)

You can export a BandHelper project from the Admin > Export page of the website and import it into another BandHelper account from the Admin > Import page of the website. Those pages contain further instructions.
