Exporting to BandHelper

I'm working on moving from setlist maker to BandHelper.
I exported the database to BandHelper, but only the songs and midi presets shows in BH. No set lists or smart lists (or settings like layout etc) !?
What am I doing wrong?

Yes, I followed the instructions.
I missed the part for layout and settings 

But setlist and smartlist are not imported!?
Could it be because I had a couple of set lists and smart lists created manually in BH prior to import (with different names)?

Please submit a help ticket, then send the troubleshooting info from the Set List Maker app and from the BandHelper app.
