promoting to contact list

Is there anyway to send promotional material to a list of contacts?
Is there a way to create a report or excel spreadsheet of contacts?

1. No.

2. From the Contacts > Contacts list of the website, you can click Export at the bottom of the list and that will export whatever contacts are displayed based on your list filters.

Actually from the top of the Contacts > Contacts list of the website, you can also click Email Contacts to open a new email message to the currently filtered contacts. The message will go through your own email program and you will add the message content. Maybe that's what you were looking for with #1.
