Setting up iRig What are the "NOTES?"

I set up my iRig with Bandhelper 4 years ago.  I remember it being an absolute nightmare. Recently, I had to rebuild my iPad and I'm at it again.

I cannot get it to work now to save my life.

Here is my biggest dilemma.  How do I know what these NOTES mean?

EXAMPLE ONLY (as I have no idea what the notes mean):

A - Start/Stop scrolling (Note 60)
B - Next Song (Note 62)
C - Page Down (Note 64)
D - Show/Hide Setlist (Note 65)

Nothing I pick is working.  I have missed a step somewhere.  Yes, I've paired them.

I did an export of settings before I whacked my iPad and saved it to the cloud, but it's not working either.

So far, I have

installed software on iPad.
Synched iRig software to Bandhelper software.

That's it.  after that - nothing I do works.  I've watched 2 videos (that's all I can find) and they both choose "NOTES."  Even when I do exactly what they do, it's not working.

And..... How do you know what these notes mean?  Nothing I choose means anything to me - I'm so lost.

Please help!!

I think you're referring to the fact that the Blueboard can send MIDI Note messages. You can assign those to BandHelper actions on the Settings > App Control page by clicking an action and then selecting MIDI Note Messages and a note number (60, 62, 64 or 65).

Detailed setup instructions are here:
