Play attached recordings out of order?

G'day all

I have imported 5 backings as Recording, Recording1 etc attached into a song. I want to be able to select and play the tracks in a different order (using midi Note On commands in App Control... is this possible?

Currently I'd like to select Recording1 then Recording4 then Recording2 for example, but that doesn't happen when I sent the Note On commands -

Am I missing something?
