Sequencing markers in Lyrics field

Is there a way to organize the sequence of markers in the Lyrics field?  When viewing a document the right toolbar includes a sequencing tool, but it does not appear in the toolbar when editing lyrics.

No; if you want to change the sequence of sections in the Lyrics field, you can simply cut/copy/paste the lyrics sections.
