What account level is best for me?

Hello, I'm hoping to get some guidance on what account level is best for my band? I searched around and couldn't find a detailed enough breakdown. Specifically, I know only pro includes file sharing but I don't know what that means.

Long story short, we're a 3 piece cover band that uses tracks running from my buddy's laptop. We also have a lyrics teleprompter that I want to run from my iPad synced up with the laptop. I'd also like to send midi commands synced with the tracks from my iPad to my guitar gear to automate patch changes.

Our backing tracks are about 300 mb total. It's always growing, but I'd be shocked if we go over 1 gb in the next few years.

My most important priority is being able to sync all of our data seamlessly so that, say, I can build the Setlist, the lyrics, the backing tracks, and the midi commands on my device at my house, and those changes would automatically sync so that my buddy can control the backing tracks from his laptop for shows. I don't care about scheduling, contacts, finance, stage plots, etc., so part of me thinks basic or plus (for more storage) would be fine, but I see only pro allows "file sharing" and I don't know what that is.

What do you recommend? Would I be losing any important features by skipping pro?

Pro accounts include the Files module, which lets you store miscellaneous files that aren't related to songs, like promo materials or a tech rider. Attaching files to songs and syncing those is included in all the account levels.

That's correct.
