Billing issue with website - "unable to handle this request - HTTP ERROR 500"

new user here, our demo period is expiring and i wanted to update subscription w/ payment.  I am unable to process payment.  tried google pay, paypal etc.  all error on processing page with a "www.bandhelper.com is currently unable to handle this request.   HTTP ERROR 500"

is a server down or something?  anyone else having this problem? 

this issue is happening around 0950ET on 22 NOV as a data point
