[REQUEST] Switch for automatic playback

I have set my settings to start the recordings with choosing the song. But sometimes, I will not start the recordings automatically, because I will only start the metronome and later the recording via midi control.
It should be possible with a switch each song, if it start the backing parallel with choosing the song or not. I hope you know what I mean?!

Setting or excluding song selection actions at the song level would add a lot of complexity that most people won't need.

Instead, you could record an automation track for each song that starts the functions you want to start for that song, then use the song selection action to start the automation track. Note that you can copy and paste automation tracks between songs, so if you only need two or three different combinations of functions, you don't have to create a new automation track each time.
