Automation Question (Backup)

Good Afternoon.  I have a question regarding Automation Files.  I have about 200 files with automation.  I NEED to do a complete backup of all my files.  That means, mp3 backing tracks, midi lists, and guitar automation, Lyrics etc.  I can see how I can back up the midi files and the mp3 files but what about the lyrics, automations etc?  Thanks in advance

Automation tracks are not saved in separate files; they would be included in the project export.
