In the past, I would upload a new pdf document (usually a lyric) for a song. I do this with my laptop. Then I use my Amazon Fire tablet and call up the lyric. I would then use the pinch method to zoom the lyric slightly, and all was good.

Yesterday I went through the same process, but when I zoom, the words are cut off on the left side of the screen, even if I zoom just a slight amount. Any ideas? Thank you.

Please send screen shots before and after doing the zooming.

I might need to see your app settings, which would require starting a help ticket, so if you go ahead and do that now you can use the Help > Send Screen Shot button built into the app.

It asks for a "help ticket ID".
