Option to disable 'Maybe' from the user event responses?

When I submit events to my group, some folks are providing "maybe" as a response.  This is creating some confusion for us when booking gigs.  Is there a way to disable "maybe" from the event response list to force my group to either say "yes" or "no"?

If someone responds "maybe," they will continue seeing alert icons and receiving reminders until they accept or decline. "Maybe" is just a way for them to say they're working on it but haven't decided yet. If they are ignoring the subsequent reminders after they select Maybe, I would tell them that they still need to respond with a definite answer as soon as possible.
