Exporting Available Dates

On a related note, looking for the simplest way to share available dates to a venue using an export.  I already added a category for available dates and added the dates we were not booked and or someone was unavailable.  So now I can filter on available dates through the "Available" category, but it includes a bunch of extra stuff i don't need or want to send to a venue.   Just want to send these dates are available full stop.  Any suggestions on how to remove the extra fields from the export, similar to how you can in a shared set list?

On the Schedule > Events list, you can select your Available category before clicking Export.

I have used that, but the format is not very effective for sharing with a venue for available dates.  I typically  end up pulling into an excel file to filter, format, clean up everything before sending to a venue.  Was looking for a way to filter events on a category (i.e. "Available Dates"), and then share one or more fields of the event in a simple list via PDF, similar to how you share a set list and send via pdf.

That would greatly streamline sharing dates with venues, especially when being asked for them ad-hoc.

How many available dates are you looking at sending? I typically wouldn't send more than about a half dozen dates at a time in this situation. I can't think of a technical solution that would be faster than just looking at the calendar and writing the dates I want to share into an email message to the venue.

(In my experience, it's almost always the venue sending me their available dates, not me sending them my available dates.)
