Recording MIDI automation

Hello! How can I switch the MIDI presets when recording automation, using a foot switch? I can use instead of the footswitch my vocal processor Voicelive 2?

I want to when I record automation track, setlist could receive MIDI messages that go out of my vocal processor. When I press the pedal of my vocal processor, set list macker must activate messages that are added to my current track in multiple midi buttons list.

What is the purpose of doing this? What do you want to happen when you play back the automation track?
