Need some help. I create a set on the web page but then when I look on my android tablet, there are black spaces where songs should be. I have rechecked the web and all the songs are there. Any assistance is appreciated. I have attempted to contact with a "ticket" on two occasions with no response. Thank you
We replied to both your help desk tickets, and also emailed you directly when you didn't respond, so I don't know what happened there.
Anyway, does the Settings > Account Sync > Reset Local Data button fix the problem?
I had the same problem and Arlo replied very promptly and was able to resolve the same issue. I recall the ticket responses going to my spam folder. Make sure to check there.

I had this same problem: all my setlist were just showing black boxes.
Settings > Account Sync > Reset Local Data fixed the issue for me.
