Title: How to get sheet shown at full screen?

My eyes are bad and the Ipad is small
Even smaller is the window to show my sheets.
Before some update I could click them and have them full screen...
Seems to have changed.

Is there another way to get the sheets (pdf)  on demand shown full screen?
