My iPad 2 locks up as soon as it starts syncing. I don't get the opportunity to stop the sync, cancel auto sync or send Troubleshooting info. I understand this is a busy time for you, Arlo, but, if possible, it would be great if you can attend to that ASAP.
The app still runs in the background but each attempted sync just throws me out to the desktop after five to ten seconds.
