There is a way to customize the SMS text?
No, sorry. How would you want to change it?
Inside the text there is a string: "bandhelper://evet........GM". Could it be removed? I don't think could be usefull for someone...
Thanks for you attention!
Do you mean the link is getting shortened somehow? Can you post a screen shot showing this?
Inside an SMS the link isn't usefull...I think...
That link should be clickable and opens the relevant page in the BandHelper app. Is it not clickable on your device?
No, the link is not not clickable...:bandhelper://event... can't be!
If the link could be clickable and at the end of the message....probably could be really usefull!
Thanks!
The links are clickable on the devices I've tested with. What is your Android version and what is the app you're viewing the messages with?
Huawei Mate S...and I'm using the native system SMS app
What is the Android version number and what is the name of the SMS app?
Huawei Contacts ver. 3.0.4
Android Version: 5.1.1
If someone sends you a web (http) URL, does it become clickable in that SMS app?
Yes! You can see an example in the attached file...
I'll double-check on my Android devices to see if the links are clickable in the messaging apps there. It might vary depending on which messaging app you use. In any case, that would be a function of the messaging app, so if the app doesn't make the links clickable, I wouldn't be able to change that.
It seems to me strange that a link of this kind (bandhelper://event...) can be linkable!
In my app a correct link (http://www.wintech.it) is linkable.
Thanks anyway...
Links don't have to start with http. A link starting with bandhelper:// should open the BandHelper app on Android because the BandHelper app is registered to handle requests for that protocol.
Ok thanks!
