Pulling my hair out trying to figure out why my blueboard can control Luminair on my iPad, but the same CCs programmed into BandHelper are not working.

I've used the learn function in Luminair to use CC15, 127 for the master blackout. My blueboard toggles between 0 and 127 and it works great. However, when I setup two presets to do this in BH and try either one, the best I get is a flicker, and sometimes not even that. Seems like maybe it's getting multiple commands or there's a loop or something???

I've checked the midi log and the commands BH is receiving from the blueboard appear to be the same as what band helper is sending out the "Luminair" port.
