Title: white border on black pdf in document viewer
Post by: jwrioux on July 03, 2020, 08:02:45 PM
I've set pdf documents up for my set list songs that have a completely black background. Yet when I double-tap them to go 'full screen', I invariably get a white border on two adjacent sides: top and left or right and bottom. I've changed the size of the pdf (I'm using Word pages printed to pdf format) but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

On iOS, this shouldn't happen because the document viewer can't invert the document colors. On Android, if you created documents with inverted colors and then you turn off the color inverting in BandHelper and you get a white border around the black document, you can turn on Help > Utilities > PDFs are Already Inverted.

I just ran into this issue tonight myself. The document image displays the intended black background on PC and Ipad devices. but Inverts to White backround on Iphone's I've tested with the three various spare iphones that live in my lyric prompters as well and my personal Iphone 15 all of which display white backrounds on one single document image but are correct on all others.

Edit: Adding a slight contrasting fade to the parameter of the image made the backround remain black on all devices.
