Is it possible to convert a Smart List I have generated, to a Set List?

No, but this is on my wish list and I'll add a vote for you.

Note that when adding songs to a set list, you can filter the song list to partially simulate what you would get in a smart list. The mobile app has more filtering options than the website in this case.

I would also like the ability to convert Smartlists to setlists, so please add a vote for me.

In the new BandHelper version 2024-08-23 released today, you can edit a set list, click Add Songs, click Lists and select a smart list. Then you can select individual songs from that smart list or click All to add them all.
