Unsure if this already exists in BH, but is there a way of providing clients with a Songlist, of current songs (Some bands may have a new band member that does not know the song etc) - IE 150 Songs, and asking the customer to nominate which 35 to 40 songs (that they want at the event) . This could then be easilly used to sort into a setlist by the band etc, with breaks etc
Also,a few other things could be added such as clients name, event type, theme (ie retro/colour), area, date. Also, up to 2 to 5 requests by the client?

However, BandHelper doesn't have any functionality for clients to submit data into the system. You would have to set up a contact form on your website to collect that info.
