I am trying to leverage BH to send either SMPTE time or Midi Time from an IPad over bluetooth Midi (WidiMaster) to a pc running Reaper that will play video files (to sync with the audio track in BH). I have had luck in the past with program changes on my Multipad, but I'm currently struggling with this. I am seeing midi note traffic come through on other songs (midi to dmx) but not quite sure how to get Midi Time sync going.. Any pointers?

You might just need to send a "play" message (either a real MIDI Start message or any MIDI message that Reaper can respond to) to start the video when the audio starts.
But it might be easier to play the video and audio from the same app and same device rather than synchronizing different apps on different devices.
