I don't think that's currently possible, so can I add a vote please?
Perhaps as-if an extra document?

This is on my wish list and I'll add a vote for you.

For others reading this, you can hide all your personal lyrics fields and return to viewing the shared lyrics fields by turning off Settings > Account Sync > Personal Sync > Lyrics. But I assume you're talking about switching between them on the fly as you view songs.

Yes please. Nice to have peace of mind, sometimes, that there isn't an important change that has been missed.
