Hi, using Bandhelper with Ipad Pro, Multi-Audio output through USB to Midas MR18 digital mixer/interface.
It's been working fine, but now BH isn't recognising the MR18 interface in the multi-audio settings. The only way I can get BH to recognise the MR18 is by changing the USB settings on the MR18 from 18/18 to 2/2, and then back again to 18/18. Then all 18 USB channels show up in BH again. All seems very odd. Using new peer connections, but can't see how that would affect the USB recognition?
No, this wouldn't be affected by the Live Sharing settings. Did you try unplugging and replugging the USB cable? Or turning off and turning on the audio interface?
Hi Arlo, yes, tried both. Resetting the interface settings in the mixer seems the only way. I'm thinking it's an issue with the MR18 (same as XR18). Can anyone recommend a USB audio interface with at least 4 outputs which will play nicely with iPad iOS?
Here are some suggestions for that:

FWIW, I see that two Behringer products and a Soundcraft mixer similar to yours are in the "finicky" or "failed" categories.
