My account has been paused due to billing. I got prompted to go to billing page, but there is no where to put in a payment method or renew.
Please send a screen shot of your Admin > Billing page. If you don't want to post that publicly, you can submit a help ticket.

Under Renew Your Account, Step 2, select "Add a Month" or "Add a Year" and then the payment form will appear.
