Title: Other users' personal lyrics not showing on admin website

Hi, as the title says, other users' personal lyrics not showing on main admin website. My personal lyrics are there along with the shared lyrics, but not the personal lyrics of a different user. Any ideas? Thanks

Are you sure they have Settings > Account Sync > Personal Sync > Lyrics turned on? And are you an administrator of the account?

Hi Arlo, yes, personal sync on his iPad is on, and I am the only administrator

Got the personal lyrics back on the website now! Added a text edit (random full stop) to all personal lyrics on his iPad, then checked the website on my main iPad. Did a swipe down to refresh, and the personal lyrics appeared..... Problem solved👍
