Title: Feature Request: Add more filters and shown fields to Songs Page
Post by: ChrisMikolaj on October 07, 2025, 03:27:02 AM
I would like to be able to filter the songs list by more individual fields. Also the fields, that are shown per song should be changeable.

Currently I cannot filter the songs for my own fields. For that I could use the ,,contains text", but if I for example search the value ,,1" for all songs where the field ,,Capo" contains 1, it will obviously populate way too many songs, as ,,1" is contained in a lot of fields, such as lyrics, etc.

My current workflow for that would be to create a smart list with all filters I need and view that list. After I changed, what I wanted to change of view, I delete that list.

Would it be possible to

1. have at least one dropdown for a specific field I want to search a specific value for within the songs list? Eventually it could have another field added via a plus-symbol or something.

2. be able to change the currently shown fields on the songs list. For my specific case I see the song title, artist and then some custom fields, that I don't need to see there, as well as tags. I don't need most of those information on first sight, but would rather like to be able to check other fields, similar to the sharing setlist view.

Let me know if you've got any questions :)

Many thanks,
Chris

1. That's on my wish list and I'll add a vote for you.

2. You can do that from Settings > Appearance > Song List Fields.
