I was trying to manually update to the latest 10-31-25 version in the iOS App Store. However, each time I start the download, it gets to about 75% and then cancels. I thought this might have been an App Store issue but other apps updated without any issue. This is true on both my iPad and iPhone, both running the latest iOS versions.
To make matters worse, I deleted the app on my iPad and tried to see if redownloading the whole app would force the update. Now I can't even redownload it. Once the progress bar gets to about 75%, the download cancels.
I'm not sure if the problem is on your end or with iOS/App Store. Fortunately, I have a break in gigs for the next two weeks so I'll be ok until then.
I mentioned this to you in another help ticket for an unrelated issue. I can file a new help ticket but I don't have the app on my iPad at the moment to send troubleshooting info.
Same issue here. Thankfully, I haven't deleted the old version, which seems to be working fine.

Had the same issue earlier today, but I tried again (around 3:30 PM Eastern time) and it upgraded without issue. Hopefully the App Store has resolved whatever the issue is.
