I started a new project. It includes all songs, lyrics, chords (ChordPro), recordings, and automation tracks.
Then I noticed that my partner cannot play the automation tracks.
Until I realized that all automation tracks were recorded as personal automation tracks.
Just now, I copied the personal automation track from all songs on the website into the shared automation track. Now there are two automation tracks per song (on the website).
If I now go to Settings --> Sync BandHelper --> Personal Sync and turn off the personal automation tracks, the shared automation track should play.
But it does not.
What am I doing wrong?
Please submit a help ticket, then from the device where the problem occurs, use the Help > Send Screen Shot button to show a song where the problem occurs, then use the Help > Send Troubleshooting Info to send the device info.
Arlo has fixed it.
For everyone who has the same problem, here is the simple solution:
Go to Settings --> Account sync --> Reset Locale Data
That's it!
While resetting the local data typically doesn't hurt anything, this is a unique situation and I wouldn't recommend the same solution to others without investigating first.
