Are you asking about automatically capitalizing titles as you type them?

Are you using the iOS app, macOS app, Android app or website?

Only the first letter of each word in the title!
I disabled this a while ago and I don't know where to re-enable it.
I'm on Ipad

In the iPad Settings app, you can turn on General > Keyboards > Auto-Capitalization.
