I've been trying to get this to work this afternoon. The butterfly works fine on iOS with my phone and I assume it will work fine with my iPad, but using it on my Mac has been problematic. I've set it up according to the instructions and it doesn't seem to work even though the up and down arrow actions Reflect in The app control status window. If you click in the activity log, it will go line by line. The butterfly also works in other Mac apps. What I did notice is that in the app, if I go to a song and try to scroll using the up and down arrow keys, the physical ones on the Mac keyboard. It doesn't work. So my assumption is that if that doesn't work, the page turner never will because it just emulates a keyboard. Anyone know what's going on?

What app and macOS version do you have? Is Settings > Advanced > App Control > Use Alternative Keyboard Handler on?

Please update to the latest version 2026-06-29, and if that doesn't fix it, try turning on Settings > Advanced > App Control > Use Alternative Keyboard Handler.
