i have been using the same layout for several months with one of my band projects, for original songs I have entered chords for a number of the songs. Suddenly now, the chords do not show up at all in the layout. I have not changed any settings or fields within the layout (it is a slightly modified version of the "More Buttons" layout), I have an important show coming up later this week and am at a loss for how to restore this function. Any suggestions?
Quick edit - I deleted and added the document field back in, I can get the chords to show now, but only after I tap the doc field. How do I set it so that they are always visible, and not require "tapping" the field for the chords to show?
It sounds like you changed the Layering setting in your layout to Document Viewer On Top and it should be Song List On Top.
If that's not it, please submit a help ticket so you can share your settings.
Thanks for replying, Arlo. I didn't change the setting, but you were right it was set to documents on top. Only thing is now, it shows a blue transparent "page" image that wasnt there before. I cannot find where to delete that (document background or something????)
Please submit a help ticket, then use the Help > Send Screen Shot and Help > Send Troubleshooting Info buttons in the app to show what you're referring to.
